Terms and Conditions
ButtonLeads
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by ButtonLeads ("we", "our", "us") to the customer ("you", "Customer"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Offered
ButtonLeads offers three service plans: SoloPress, ButtonDown, and NuclearKey. The details of services, limits, and features associated with each plan are outlined below.
1.1 Service
The service refers to the fractional integrator services and Top Integrator services provided by ButtonLeads, as detailed in this Agreement.
1.2 Customer Data
Customer Data includes any personal data, records, contacts, campaign results, and marketing content created or submitted by the Customer in the course of using the Service.
1.3 Operations Manager
An Operations Manager is assigned to provide administrative support and manage onboarding and consultation calls.
1.4 Client Strategy Manager
The Client Strategy Manager provides strategic guidance, ensuring that the Customer’s strategies are aligned with ButtonLeads' services.
1.5 BLTWAY
BLTWAY is the structured onboarding process that helps Customers set up and fully activate their ButtonLeads account.
2. Services Provided
2.1 Basic Services (All Plans)

2.2 SoloPress Additional Services

2.4 ButtonLeads Software Platform Features

3. Service Usage
3.1 Usage Rights
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service as per the terms of this Agreement.
3.2 Customizations
Any customizations or modifications to your account will remain the exclusive property of ButtonLeads and may be used, modified, or distributed by us.
4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Non-refundable Setup Fee as outline in the Refund Policy
All plans require a non-refundable setup fee, which is due upon initiation.
4.2 Recurring Fees
Monthly/Quarterly/Annual recurring payments are required as per the selected plan.Payments for monthly, quarterly, and annual plans are non-refundable under any circumstances as outlined in the Refund Policy
4.3 Additional Charges
Additional charges apply for any "customization" work beyond the services provided within your plan.
4.4 Annual Price Increase
ButtonLeads reserves the right to increase prices by 5% annually.
5. Term and Termination
5.1 Agreement Duration
This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date and will continue until terminated by either party.
5.2 Termination Rights
Either party can terminate the agreement with 5 days' written notice. The termination will not affect any outstanding obligations, including payment.
5.3 Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for that cycle. Any payments already processed are non-refundable as outlined in the Refund Policy.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your data. We will not disclose your data except as necessary for the provision of services or as required by law.
7. Contacts Provision
ButtonLeads will assist in sourcing contacts only for active customers within the appropriate subscription tier.
8. Calls and Consultations
Customer support is provided during standard business hours. Additional support outside of business hours may incur additional fees.
9. Marketing Costs
You are responsible for any third-party costs related to marketing activities, including SMS, phone calls, direct mail, and email campaigns.
10. Affiliate Terms
Affiliates must meet specific criteria to participate in the affiliate program. Commissions are paid monthly and are based on active customer payments.
11. Customization Terms
11.1 Customizations
Customizations are defined as any modifications or additions that require more than 45 minutes of work.
Customizations are non-refundable as outlined in the Refund Policy
11.2 Customization Charges
All customizations are billed at $99/hour and must be approved before work begins. The first 3 hours of customization are included during the BLTWAY onboarding period.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, including workflows, automations, and other business materials.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is,” and ButtonLeads disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in this Agreement.
14. Sales Tax and Subscription Adjustments
Sales tax will be collected as applicable. ButtonLeads reserves the right to adjust subscription fees annually.
15. Limitation of Liability
Neither party is liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.
16. Indemnification
Both parties agree to indemnify each other against any claims arising from breaches of this Agreement or negligent conduct.
17. General Provisions
This Agreement is governed by Texas law and supersedes all prior agreements. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
By using ButtonLeads’ services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
