Refund Policy

At ButtonLeads, we value transparency and strive to provide excellent service to our clients. Please take a moment to review our refund policy. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1.1 Setup Fees
The setup fee for all ButtonLeads service plans is non-refundable. This fee is due upon initiation of services and is considered final once paid. It covers the initial setup, configuration, and access to our platform and services.
1.2 Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Payments
All payments for monthly, quarterly, and annual subscriptions are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if you decide to cancel or terminate the agreement prior to the end of the service period. Once payment is processed, it is considered final.
2.1 Non-refundable Customization Work
Any customizations, defined as modifications or additions requiring more than 45 minutes of work, are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, custom workflows, automations, pipelines, forms, templates, and other personalized changes made to your account.
2.2 Customization Fees
Customizations are billed at a rate of $99 per hour. These fees must be approved by you before any work begins. The first 3 hours of customization work are included during the onboarding period, after which additional customization work will incur charges.
3.1 Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellation of the service does not entitle you to a refund for any previously paid amounts.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide cancellation notice before the start of the next billing period.
3.2 End of Service Access
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, your account will be deactivated, and all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute any payments with your payment provider (e.g., credit card company or bank), we reserve the right to terminate your access to the service immediately. Any chargebacks or disputes will be handled in accordance with the terms of this Refund Policy and may result in additional charges to cover administrative and legal costs.
Once a payment is processed, whether for a setup fee, subscription, or customization, the sale is considered final. We do not issue refunds for any services rendered, including any monthly, quarterly, or annual payments, or any work related to customizations.
