1. Refund Eligibility
1.1. Refunds will only be issued if ButtonLeads does not perform as described and expected.
1.2. Refunds are not available for issues arising from user error, misuse, or failure to follow the instructions provided in the CRM documentation.
1.3. Any fees incurred for the A2P 10DLC, whether for its processing, evaluation, or related services, are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the submission process..
2. Refund Request Procedure
2.1. To initiate a refund request, users must contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the initial purchase.
2.2. Refund requests must include a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant supporting documentation.
3. Processing Time
3.1. Refunds will be processed within 30 day of the receipt of a valid refund request.
3.2. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions
4.1. Refunds will not be provided for services that have been partially or fully consumed.
4.2. Customization services, if applicable, are non-refundable once initiated.
4.3. A2P services, if applicable, are non-refundable once initiated.
4.4. Users will always incur the costs associated with A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration, including any additional campaign fees that may apply. These costs are non-refundable.
4.5. Phone number buying/implementing services, if applicable, are non-refundable once initiated.
5. Changes to the Refund Policy
5.1. ButtonLeads reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the CRM after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
