Price Adjustment Clause:

Buttonleads reserves the right to adjust the monthly payment amount for the services provided under this agreement. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company may modify the pricing structure by providing written notice to the Customer at least 7 days in advance of the proposed changes.

Frequency of Adjustments:

The Company may review and adjust the monthly payment amount at its sole discretion, and such adjustments may occur periodically. The frequency and timing of any adjustments shall be determined by the Company based on factors including, but not limited to, changes in operating costs, inflation, market conditions, or other relevant considerations.

Notice of Price Adjustment:

In the event of a proposed price adjustment, the Company shall provide written notice to the Customer at the email address on record at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the adjustment. The notice shall include the new monthly payment amount, the reasons for the adjustment, and any other relevant information.

Customer's Right to Terminate:

If the Customer does not agree to the proposed price adjustment, they have the right to terminate this agreement by providing written notice to the Company within 7 days from the date of the notice of the price adjustment. Failure to terminate the agreement within the specified period will be deemed as acceptance of the new pricing terms.

Continued Use of Services:

Continued use of the services after the effective date of the price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new pricing terms.

Governing Law:

This agreement and any disputes arising under or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas.
